I have used Snapnumbers for over twenty years and I have to say it is the most invaluable piece of software I have ever used. Every time I switch computers it is one of the first things I install. I could not live without it. I have spent way too much time trying to work with Word’s numbering system. It is complicated, requires several clicks and menu options, and if it is not set perfectly, can wreck formatting havoc throughout a document. Not Snapnumbers. It is one time set up (or no set up with default options) and single click to use. I also use copy and paste, which works easily throughout the document. Cross-references always work. It is a great product and one I recommend to anyone who drafts legal or other documents where numbering systems are used. And the lifetime license is great. No ongoing subscription. It just works! “It [TheFormTool] is particularly useful to physicians, attorneys, engineers, administrators, and self-employed people — anyone who needs to create clear, legible, archival-quality forms, documents, letters, and records.” SnapNumbers is an absolute game-changer for me when drafting memos, pleadings, and briefs. The ability to quickly go through, properly number it without messing with Microsoft Word styles, then go back, insert numbering and sub-numbering, and have it automatically update everything is a huge time-saver. I've been using TheFormTool products for over 10 years now helping my daughter in her family law firm. We are a small firm, so using TheFormTool products has significantly reduced the time it takes to create fee agreements and legal documents. The attorneys can actually create their own documents from templates with ease and then control the unique language needed in each client's matter. I first started using Snapnumbers in 2016 and was saddened it went away. When I saw the announcement it was brought back, I immediately installed it. I had an issue with using my original lifetime license code. I contacted Support and they patiently worked with me until the issue was resolved. Our firm had experimented with 2 other legal document creation services and ended up moving back to TheFormTool for the best control over creating our legal documents. We have TheFormTool in our office. It is an amazing tool that we don’t fully utilize. We fight MS Word numbering “logic” on a daily basis, and it appears you have solved our problem with Snapumbers. How does it feel to be a Hero?
Before SnapNumbers, I used to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to get Word's numbering to work right. Afterwards, it's a piece of cake. At one point, when I couldn't find my license code, I actually put off upgrading my computer because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to reinstall SnapNumbers. I couldn't recommend this more for anyone too busy to mess around with Word's style feature. SnapNumbers' other features, like the symbol generator and table of contents tool, are the icing on the cake. Even without those features, this is money well spent. 10/10 - must buy!

P.S. After dealing with Word daily always trying to get the numbering to cooperate, I was excited to try Snapnumbers. What a change it is to have the numbering the way I want it and not the way Microsoft wants it. Snapnumbers is a real time saver, and I’ve only just begun to tap into its power. Thanks!
