			<p>We&#8217;re constantly adding information, directions and examples to the Service Center in response to customer&#8217;s questions and suggestions. We often harvest several videos from our live presentations on the Learning Curve each Wednesday morning and post them under the two dozen subject-specific categories on the Service Center.</p>
<p>All the subjects and contents are keyword searchable and we&#8217;ve started adding searchable tags as well. Tags can help for those times when the name of the function and description don&#8217;t come right to mind. For instance, searching for &#8220;birthday&#8221; will quickly lead to articles on automatically computing age and rounding.</p>
<p>The Service Center has more than 200 articles and videos available to help our customers and we add more every week.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The easiest way to see what&#8217;s new is on the main page, select the <strong>Recent</strong> button and you&#8217;ll be presented with a list of 30 of the most recent postings. It&#8217;s well worth a scan every week or so.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The Service Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Diagnostic Portal is the access point for our free Service Desk. <p>Our new website is up and running. It&#8217;s clean, fast, easy to use, and powerful. Just like our software.</p>
<p>​Well, perhaps not <em>just</em> like.</p>
<p>The website still has a few kinks to work out. The cooperation between the secure pages and those that are meant to be not secure needs a little smoothing. The Newsroom isn&#8217;t quite done. Several internal pages still need the new styling.</p>
<p>And we all still need to learn how to run it.</p>
<p>But overall, WOW!</p>
